Saved my sons life. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Forever grateful.
I was blessed to have the opportunity to be a client at Transitions Recovery Program when my life had reached an absolute bottom. My alcoholism had consumed me and affected the people around me. This program taught me the life skills I had been lacking for so many years. The staff was very professional and were able to afford me a life now beyond my wildest dreams. I am now the father, son, and friend I only imaged I could be. It is for this reason I would highly recommend Transitions Recovery Program to anyone who seeks a life outside of addiction. There are many treatment options available to people seeking help, but this program addressed so much more than addiction, it affords you a template on how to live a happy healty and prosperous life.
I have been in many treatment centers and have tried numerous times to get my life together. No where did I find the love and support that I found at transitions! I owe them my life and forever grateful!!
They saved my life. Great staff and better program ❤️
It’s an amazing program if you really want to get clean! The staff is amazing I love them.
Transitions saved my life. Today I am 13 months clean. I have been in and out of many rehabs and IOPs and never got what REAL recovery was until Transitions. The Staff is the best, they will do anything for you. I was at Transitons two times, both times I got an amazing experience and learned a lot. I had a relapse and I was broken, lost, and losing everything... my husband, my kids, my family, my life. And Transitions was the first place I thought of because it’s home. I called Timmy and he had me on the next flight. I could never express how much I cherish that place. I had Marion as a counselor my second time, and she was my angel here on earth, she believed in me and never gave up. Renee & Kim Are another two of my favorite counselors, because without them I wouldn’t of learned and understood what addiction does to you and your family. The Staff is so welcoming and each one will sit there and listen and give you advice no matter what there doing. ESP the techs Trish & Gloria. Transitions is the best rehab for someone who wants real recovery and a chance at a better life. I owe my life to transitions!
I was at Transitions in February 2010. I was a broken 58 year old alcoholic . I am still an alcoholic ,but thanks to Transitions ,in recovery! They say G-D ,does for you want you cannot do for yourself . Transitions did for me what I could not do for myself. I was so scared ,after 5 days in detox. I arrived ,at Transitions, and was embraced,by the staff. I was embraced , by the other clients. I listened, and I was so very afraid how could I survive ,without a drink. I did, and I am. I was fortunate to have Marion B.,as my counselor. Marion spoke to me with, empathy ,and understanding. She and no one else judged me. I was finally ,getting a missing part of my soul and dignity back. I went to the groups the meetings, and listened. I still remember some ,of the people that came ,to share their experience, strength. And hope. I was not alone. I was there the last full day on a Sunday, I beleive. I so wanted to stay. I had a choice between 2 meetings outside. I guess it was all meant to be. I was given. A raffle ticket. I still had not bought my own BIG BOOK. The raffle prize was a BIG BOOK. It became mine, n my life line. It still is. I cherish it even more, for the way I received it. I cannot sufficiently praise the staff. They were strict. With us n understanding. They all were where I was ,in some way or another ,at a time. I came back on the plane to NYC . I read my BIG BOOK, and when they came around with the bar I had a ginger ale,and of course chips. I felt great.I followed Marion’s advice. I dropped my bag off and went to a meeting. I was counting days . I think I had like 34 or so. I had the courage to raise my hand. Then I had to face people places. And things. I decided to take another week off from work.. I immersed myself in meetings. I gained more courage and returned to work. I was working in Food n Beverage. I was dealing with alcohol, everyday. I came out to all my colleagues,at work. I gained there respect and support. I made a new email address. I used my sober date. I still have the support 8 years later,of Marion n the Transitions family. I can only say,if you are reading this. And know you need help, pick up the phone, email, whatever you need to do. Reach out‼️This will save your life. I have had many obstacles, this 8 years. I stood and watched a family member have over 9 surgeries. I saw them recover ,to be able to live with this hidden disease they suffer from. I made a living amends by being one of the caregivers. I have keys to their apartment. I am trusted. I am Alive! I can only say my journey really began the day I walked through the doors of Transitions.I owe today and my entire life to Transitions. I hope to be able to pay it forward someday and help someone,as strongly,as they helped me. This is a place of positive recovery, If you want to really live,n have a sober life ,you are a winner. Transitions is your first step‼️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Transitions saved my life!!! I am coming up on being clean and sober for 2 years. The staff and therapists are the best EVER! Transitions is seriously the only place that actually cares about their clients and wants them to live to their full potential! I'm so grateful that i had the opportunity to come to this place. Really saved my life!!
I believe they want whats best for every patient.
Transitions saved my life. I am now 16 months clean and sober and I owe it all to the wonderful staff at Transitions, who believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. I was saved from a hopeless state of mind and body and today I know peace and can use the valuable tools I've learned at Transitions to help others who are struggling with alcohol and substance abuse issues. Thank You Transitions.
Transitions Recovery was instrumental in helping a very close family member take their first steps towards sobriety. We saw our son’s life spiraling downhill - addiction and chaos overtook our lives for many years, so much so that we lost all hope. After researching a few facilities we felt most encouraged by Transitions. Letting go and trusting this organization to help break the cycle of addiction was a terrible strain on us. You feel guilty as a parent to let go but once you see the change that we witnessed, that guilt and shame and embarrassment all goes away. There is still work to be done but the difference in his interpersonal and social behavior are remarkable. We are starting to rebuild. We cannot thank this organization enough for helping our son get his life back. If you have a family member who is struggling with addiction, you cannot be afraid to get help. You are not alone, this organization will help.
Great place to get the help need for a successful recovery from an addiction. My family was in need of the right place that can help a family member. This member has recovery after finishing a 1 year program an has become a product member of our family once again. We praised the staff and the director at the center. Transition is just that a transition to a better life and recovery. Please visit Transition if your in need of help. they are great. Thank You.
Words cannot express how much I appreciate transitions recovery and everything they did for me...so I guess I'll write a review. I was at a pretty low point in my life when I decided to take the plunge and go down to florida just hoping for the best. The people and the place was amazing....even though it wasn't always easy doing what I had to do to get better.....it was def worth it for me and the people I am lucky to call my family who supported me through it all. So thanks to transitions I'm turning my life around.
Today I celebrate 26 weeks of being sober. Thanks to the team at Transitions Recovery Program. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Bach and everybody who made this nightmare of a lifestyle that I had a bad memory soon to be forgotten. I wanted to take the time to let everyone know, that I am still in touch with many of the people that I met through this journey and who made an impact in my life. I can now enjoy a normal lifestyle.Thank you again, Ms. Bach and the entire team at Transitions.
Great program. The staff was fantastic and each one played a pivotal role in my push stop my alcohols use.i would also like to take the time to thank everyone for there role in preparing me for the needed skills to continue a long happy and alcohols free life. The only advice I can give is let go of control and give the place some time.
